Subscriptions
Plans are billed monthly in advance at the tier rate shown at signup. Rates are per business location unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Subscription Start
Your subscription begins once you grant the required Google Business Profile and website access. Standard onboarding completes within seven business days.
Client responsibilities
You confirm you are authorized to manage the profiles and properties you connect, and that the business information you supply is accurate.
Results
Search ranking and lead volume depend on factors outside our control, including Google policy and competition. We commit to the work described in your tier, not to a specific ranking position.
Cancellation
You may cancel with 30 days' written notice. There is no long-term lock-in. Fees already billed are non-refundable.
Client portal
Clients may sign in to the GeoDexLocal client portal at app.geodexlocal.com. Keep your login details private and let us know right away if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for activity under your login.
Text messages
By giving us your mobile number and agreeing to receive texts, you consent to messages from GeoDexLocal about your service and enquiries. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. Message frequency varies, and standard message and data rates may apply.
