Data we collect
Business details you submit (company name, website, contact email and phone, ad spend range), and the Google Business Profile, listing and call-response data we process to deliver the service.
How we use it
To operate and optimize your profiles and listings, respond to enquiries, and report on performance. We do not sell your data.
Third parties
We share data only with the processors required to deliver the platform, including Google Business Profile APIs, directory partners, our client portal and messaging service (which handles client messages, calls and forms), and analytics providers.
Text messages
We only send text messages to people who have agreed to receive them. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. Message frequency varies, and standard message and data rates may apply. We never sell mobile numbers or share them with others for their marketing, and texting consent is never shared with third parties.
Retention
Client data is retained for the life of the engagement and up to 24 months after, unless you request earlier deletion.

You may request access, correction, export or deletion of your data at any time by writing to support@geodex.live.
